JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To supervise and be responsible for the overall daily operation in the Kitchen

Achieve the financial target of the department

Inventory control - place orders to suppliers

Ensure all recipes are followed to the company’s standard and prepare the food according to the specifications.

Using the training materials to train employees to meet standards to maintain a high quality work force

Communicate with employees to keep them be informed the updated recipes

Coordinate operations with the other departments

Inspect the kitchen equipment are in function and call suppliers’ for repair work in any situation

Practicing safety and sanitation standards

Dealing with trouble, staff management, conflict management and managerial courage

 

REQUIREMENTS

Strong leadership and excellent organization skills

Proficient knowledge of running a chain restaurant

Computer knowledge - to prepare different kinds of reports to send back to the company

Minimum 10 years relevant experiences in managing a medium size kitchen

Good command in speaking and written in English and Chinese is a must

Must obtain a Hong Kong Identity card and eligibility to work in Hong Kong
