About this company

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organize of laboratory testing of construction materials (bituminous, concrete, aggregate and soil/rock materials)
  • Training of Technicians and Trainee Technicians
  • Dealing with Customers queries and contact Customers on work arrangement
  • Ensure adherence to the company Quality System
  • Maintain workplace and company with a safe working environment and good housekeeping
  • Help promote the company throughout Hong Kong and the Region
  • Inform Department Head or any of the senior management of potential problems or outcomes that may influence the harmony, integrity and/or performance of the company


  • Higher Cert/Diploma or above on Physics or related disciplines
  • 3 years or above experience working in Construction Materials Testing Laboratories
  • Able to coordinate, supervise and work independently
  • Good interpersonal, project management and supervision skills
  • Ability to effectively supervise time to meet assigned deadlines and prioritize multiple work assignments under management instruction
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Competency in MS Office / Windows Operation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written

Working Days

  • Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and Saturday 0830 – 1230
