Laboratory Technician (Technology and Development)

Job Responsibilities

• Support designing processes to improve progress of projects
• Perform studies to improve productivity and promote cost effectiveness of existing projects
• Keep track of engineering changes and update necessary documents if necessary
• Assist set-up of automation systems or hand-on experiences by the latest technological developments within the industry
• Perform test operation and maintaining instruments/machines when the processes are established
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Candidate with less experience will be considered appointing as Assistant Technical Officer (Technology and Development)

 Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Science
• Hands on laboratory experience in molecular biology and solid software development/computer programming are highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate intra- and inter-team corporation
• Self-motivate, self-sufficient and responsible person with ability to work under pressure and prompt technological transitions and test development process in the industry
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
