  • Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines;
  • Relevant working experience in construction field is preferred;
  • Hard working and with good communication skills;
  • Hands on experience in using MS office applications;
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).


  • Responsible to register and renew the required permits for employees to perform marine or other works;
  • Maintain and update database of qualification’s inventory (i.e. Certificates and permits) when necessary;
  • Arrange accommodation and transportation services for mainland staff who would work or receive training in Hong Kong
  • Maintain a good relationship and communication with different training organizations;
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the project team.
  • Perform duties related to trainings or other ad hoc tasks.
