Labour Relations Officer

  • Monitor attendance records, wages payment, MPF contributions, and validate all related employment records of contractors
  • Handle complaints and enquiries relating to payment of wages and other employment conditions raised by site workers
  • Prepare routine reports based on wages payment and MPF contribution
  • Follow up on work injuries cases and liaise with different parties such as insurance company, broker, and loss adjuster
  • Work in collaboration between the Labour Department, project teams, and sub-contractors for wage-related matters and verify the validity of the complaints
  • Head Office based and working at LCK office


  • Post-secondary qualification in human resources management is preferable or HKCEE/HKDSE graduate with 5 subjects at Grade E or above including English Syllabus B, Chinese & Mathematics
  • Minimum 2 years’ hands-on working experience in related duties in the construction industry, experience in handling insurance claims for EC cases will be an advantage
  • Well-versed HK Employment Ordinance & related ordinances, familiar with payroll calculation, EC and MPF administration
  • Completed Labour Relations Officer course is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in using MS Office application and Chinese word processing
