This opportunity is open to junior candidates (0 - 2 years experience) either with great passion in L&D or strong motivation in specialising in L&D and talent management to join an exciting, fun and energetic working environment.
Our client is a top tier management consultancy firm with their headquarter in UK. They have very reputable brand name in the industry and they have excellent internal brand reputation as they truly value their employees and provides comprehensive development plan for their talents. Given their expansion plan and the proactive HR philosophy of doing more for their internal clients, they have recently opened a new headcount for junior talents with strong passion in people development (L&D and Talent Management) to join their company.
This opportunity offers:
Hands on involvement in people development
Groomed to be Regional Trainer
Excellent working environment
Work closely with L&D Manager and Global L&D team
In charge of training administration for training sessions across APAC including but not limited to enrolment of staff members, preparation of training material for participants, liaise with external trainers
Partner with recruiting and talent marketing team to ensure that there is clear communication between different parties
Conduct survey and collect the results for analysis and evaluation of every training class
Proactive research on the market's best practice and review and revamp any training classes
Collaborate with different stakeholders to design different training courses for employees
Must obtain a Bachelor degree in HRM or related disciplines
At least 1 -2 years experience in L&D (fresh graduates with strong motivation and passion towards people development will also be considered)
Must speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Personality wise: detailed minded, flexible, independent, proactive, eager to learn
Groomed to be APAC Trainer
