L&D Manager | Fast expanding business

A fast expanding HK corporation is looking for a seasoned L&D professional in view of their coming business expansion.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work with business leaders to identify learning needs and priorities in alignment of overall business directions
  • Plan and design the relevant learning curriculum for HK corporate office
  • Facilitate the talent discussion with business leaders and responsible for the whole talent management process
  • Evaluate the overall L&D/TM program effectiveness and support on the follow up actions
  • Key driver in rolling out the e-learning management system in partner with the external vendor –
  • Tailor make the system in accordance with the local business needs
  • Provide training to end-users
  • Constantly communicate with external vendor in enhancing the quality of e-learning system

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder either from Human Resources or a business discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in L&D field, from training needs analysis to training plan formulation and program delivery
  • Prior experience in e-learning system launch would be highly advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment is a must
  • Strong interpersonal & communications skills; able to engage with different internal stakeholders
  • High proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
