Lead Facility Engineer - Mechanical
- Provide facility management services including commissioning/trouble shooting & maintenance services
- Coordination between various parties such as contractors, engineers and technical staff for facilities management services
- On-site services and safety management for facilities management services
- Prepare facility report and incident report
- Handle emergency calls for critical E&M facilities
- Bachelor / Higher diploma or above in Building Services Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering /Facilities Management
- Experiences in Data Centre facility operation/ Telecommunications industry/ Data Centre Property Management/ Data Centre related project
- Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) and team leading experiences is an advantage
- Good communication skill and customer-oriented attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
