Lead Generation Specialist

Our global investment property company is seeking a new Lead Generation Specialist to source new leads for the sales team.This means the closing of the deals will not fall on your shoulders and the deals which are closed due to your lead will enable you to earn commission. Initially as a stand alone role the candidate will be given the flexibility to mould the role how they see fit, it's an exciting time to join this team with the candidates future with no glass ceiling.

Roles responsibilities:

  • Source new leads through various channels to pass on to the sales teams to execute
  • Communicate with various internal teams within marketing, sales and operations on best lead gen practice
  • Be an advocate for the business when lead sourcing at events, networking seminars and in face to face meetings with clients

Roles requirements:

  • 2+ years previous lead generation experience preferred, business development experience also considered
  • Fluent English is a must, Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus
  • Property market knowledge and a passion for the property investment space preferred
  • Entrepreneurial and energetic spirit to get the job done 
  • Excellent communicator and mature approach
  • Regional sales experience preferred
