The TechOps team works closely with the FICC and EQD business which has enjoyed massive growth in the last few years, both in revenue and profits, against our competition in the market. The IT platform consists of a variety of systems, some of which are built in-house and some of which are from vendors, with a view to quickly meeting the demands of an ever expanding business and a broad client base.
We are looking for an exceptional performer to join the TechOps team in Hong Kong. The main responsibility of the team is to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support on the FICC and EQD systems to the business users. We would like to invite experienced IT support professionals with knowledge on global market systems who wants to further develop their career to join our fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural team. The candidate would be a senior member in the team and would report directly to the Head of TechOps, FICC and EQD.
