Our client is a large conglomerate with global presence. Currently, they are in need to hire a strong professional to join their Academy with the skill sets to train, develop and nurture talent in the management team only. You will get the opportunity to work with global offices and travel as well. This role requires someone who is extremely hands on with excellent people skills with the ability to deliver high level coaching and training deliverables. It also offers great exposure and career path to the right incumbent.


  • Collaborate to define and develop the Leadership Trajectory of the leaders
  • As member of the Corporate Capability Development team help drive the organization's efforts in the Leadership Development programs, overall curriculum development and knowledge sharing activities when necessary
  • Executive and team coaching both at one to one and team level
  • Implement organizational-wide development programs with the highest level of effectiveness and impact
  • Writing and speaking engagements to raise the profile of the team's efforts. Content contribution to their website and communication channels


  • A minimum of 8-10 year of experience working with senior leaders in organisations: facilitating, coaching or advising. Commercial experience desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications showing evidence of competence in coaching and training/development delivery
  • Seasoned in delivering and evaluating management, leadership and general learning interventions to middle and senior management, and development initiatives from identifying the need, through to course design and delivery that shows a change in behaviour and/or mindset
  • Experience of developing competence using a variety of different methods (e-learning, virtual, classroom and experiential or delivery tactics for developing
  • Full time role with travel requirement approximately 30-40%
  • Fluent in facilitating in English and Chinese, preferably in both Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
