  1. To develop and implement lean production plan to improve productivity and streamline staffing;
  2. Monitor progress, remove obstacles, and measure the effectiveness of improvement plans;
  3. Organize lean production projects to meet the company and customer’s requirements;
  4. Review equipment for the production automation requirements and make recommendations;
  5. Make design recommendation leading to eventual production efficiency and cost savings in the early design stage.


  1. High Diploma or above in engineering, automation or related discipline;
  2. At least 5 years "hands-on" experience in a managerial role in improving manufacturing processes;
  3. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
  4. Good understanding of a variety of measurement techniques and good analytical skills
  5. Hands-on, in-depth knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodologies; Capable of leading and implementing the practical application of the full range of lean methods on the factory floor.
  6. Must have implemented lean practices in different operating environments with proven track record;
  7. Strong leadership skills demonstrated through championing accountability, maximizing team and individual strengths, seeking and implementing change, and aligning with critical factory and business objectives;
  8. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/initiatives with budget limits and time constraints.
  9. Station in Shenzhen, with some travelling to other factories.
