Purpose of the role :

To provide administrative support to the Learning Administration Operations of both GP Strategies and client. This include tasks involved in contracting of learners to provide training information and class reminders, tracking progress through specific learning programs, administering records keeping and creating various types of reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with GP Learning Consultants (LC) and GP Professional Services Team Lead
  • Administer training nomination, registration and follow up for classes as instructed.
  • Generate data from veracious systems, analyse the data as needed and create standard reports as and when require. Ad hoc report for L&D department according to specified reporting timeline.
  • Administer HR support processes on behalf of the L&D department
  • Maintain data in the system in accordance with pre-set time frame
  • Ensure payment to vendors by processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain monthly accrual to ensure accurate training budget tracking
  • Other duties as assign by GP Strategies LC and confirmed by GP Professional Services Team Lead or Regional LAO Manager

Essential Requirement:

  • University graduate
  • 3 - 5 years experiences as a learning administrator or other similar operational role related to learning and development
  • Proficient in MS office applications, specifically Excel functionality and Powerpoint preparation
  • Familiarity with Success Factors and Microsoft (CRM) Dynamics is desirable
  • Working knowledge of operational systems, including GLMS, HR Direct, People insights, employee Central, LRM and various Sharepoint sites and local drive
  • Experience in handling enquires via a shared mailbox and within Service Level Agreements would be valuable
  • Build good work relationship with internal and external stakeholder
  • Able to adapt to changes in a fast pace environment
