Responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources in managing the training and development function in the hotel for all Talent in order to meet the hotel strategic business objectives and legal requirements. Conduct needs assessments, design and develop training programs and facilitate the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs. Measure the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment. Provide a full range of administrative support activities to ensure the smooth operation of the training department.
Experience - minimum 8 years experience in a 5 star luxury hotel with similar capacity or equivalent learning and development role
Education - bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Technical / functional competencies - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Delphi & Opera
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
