Learning and Development Manager

Our client, a global company with over 1000 workforce in Hong Kong Operation is looking for a high caliber Training & Development professional to take up this challenging role.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for annual people development strategy for different tiers of staff
  • Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to achieve company objectives and business needs
  • Design, develop and execute effective in-house Talent Management Program, Management Trainee Program and Management Development Program to enhance the competency levels and quality of staff
  • Responsible to manage, review and analysis the Performance Management Review exercise and ensure all staff are assessed by an objective manner which align with Company and individual KPI
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matters expert to manage and deliver projects within timeline and budget
  • Foster a learning culture so as to monitor the effective and efficient development and utilization of the company's human capital with an aim to strongly support the senior management in driving the overall business growth and expansion as well as organization development

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Training & Development or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years solid experience in training with 5 years management development experience is preferred
  • Hands-on design programs and practical experience in sales and services training with strong business acumen
  • Proven competencies in organization development and knowledge management would be desirable
  • Proficiency in Power Point is a must
  • Maturity to deal with all levels of staff with an in-depth understanding of the sales and services oriented culture
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, responsibility, self-motivated, independent and detailed-minded
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
