Learning & Development Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare training materials, training handouts and relevant notes
  • Liaise and work with internal and external partners to organize learning and                  development programs/activities as required
  • Support the learning system including publishing and marketing of courses, content  development and update, tracking of learner progress, etc.
  • Deliver training courses under the guidance of Assistant Director of Learning &  Development

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years relevant training experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Well organized with strong interpersonal communication and presentation/delivery skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, MS Word , Excel 
  • Ability to master multimedia tools and video editing would be a huge advantage
  • Be a team player with a self-motivated and detail-oriented attitude
