The Learning & Development Manager will be respnosible for the full spectrum talent developmen, leadership program, MT and culture programs.

About the role

  • Design and deliver training programs that promote the growth and development of employees at varying levels throughout the organisation
  • Collaborate across HR and the business to design and develop the operational blueprint for all the talent management processes
  • Develop, implement and evaluate leadership programs for company’s mid-management and executive levels
  • Research the best methods for creating outstanding leaders and develop programs
  • Implement high-potential leader programs that create a strong pipeline of talent
  • Maintain strong relations with leaders to ensure that talent management processes and practices are in alignment with the organisation
  • Provide impactful consultation on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, career management, etc

About the person

  • Minimum 10 years working experience in a learning or talent management role with a Bachelor degree
  • Strong senior stakeholder management
  • Solid interpersonal skills and project management
  • Fluency of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
