A typical day in this Role:

  • Formulate people development plan and provide a full spectrum of supervisory and sales & customers services training for office and operations staff
  • Identify and analyze training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions for management considerations
  • Develop training roadmap and determine appropriate initiatives and instructional methods to ensure training programs & development needs are met
  • Develop and configure a variety of personal effectiveness and sales-related eLearning content into the learning management system
  • Design and deliver the leadership programs and supervisory skills uplifting programs
  • Review and update training programs regularly to meet ongoing business needs and ensure the training effectiveness
  • Perform ad-hoc duties when required

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
  • Solid experience in design, development, and delivery of supervisory & retail operations related training
  • Good proficiency in 0ffice 365 MS Office applications and knowledge on e-Learning technology and solutions is preferred
  • Relevant certification in a Personality test, NLP and coaching are added advantages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Able to cope with a dynamic working environment, work under pressure with multi-tasking skills and can-do attitude
  • Good communication and presentation skills in both English & Chinese
