Learning & Development Officer

This role will have the autonomy in assisting the training coordination for Hong Kong and regional office for a new travel retail business in Hong Kong.

The Successful Candidate is expected to:

  • Work closely with regional office Learning and Development Manager to ensure effective training is in place for Hong Kong associates;
  • Assist and support HAP’s Learning and Development Manager with identifying and addressing employees and organizational developmental needs;
  • Support in the facilitation and the delivery of both customized and corporate training programme;
  • Coordinate all training programs and ensure that they are efficiently prepared and organised;
  • Ensure all training aids and requirements (e.g. attendance, post course evaluation, certificates, participants’ workbook etc.) are ready before commencement of any training;
  • Maintain accurate training records (training hours and training places per employee) to ensure it is in accordance to the Total Company Training Plan;
  • Compile and prepare monthly/quarterly statistical reports on training activities;
  • Assist and support regional office Learning and Development Manager in the sourcing of training programmes which is applicable to HHK associates in accordance to the Total Company Training Plan;
  • Responsible for the full administrative of learning and development function inclusive of the application of any local government training grants (where applicable);
  • Any other learning and development duties that may be assigned from time to time.

The Successful Candidate is required to: 

  • Had Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management / Training;
  • Have 3 years' experience in Training field perfectly from Retail sector;
  • Be detail-minded, well organized, figure sensitive, able to work under pressure and tight timeline;
  • Speak & write English and Chinese;
  • Work in Hong Kong International Airport.
