What are your responsibilities?
  • Act as the project manager to initiate and implement strategic L&D projects
  • Work closely with different business units and stakeholders in order to implement company’s L&D programme with customized and efficient approaches
  • Provide professional L&D advice for various departments to sustain business growth
  • Design and develop training programmes in alignment with the business strategic focus and direction
  • Analysis and evaluate existing training programmes to ensure the effectiveness and identify improvement needs
  • Manage and select external training consultants to enhance the quality of the L&D programmes

What skills/qualification will you need?
  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology or another disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of learning and development experience from large-size organization or MNC
  • Solid experience in design, delivery and evaluate training and L&D programmes
  • Extensive project management skills in working with cross functional teams
  • Candidates with good understanding of development methodologies and practices are highly preferred
  • Good command in English & Chinese (both written and spoken)

Who would be suitable for the position?
  • Good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and meet tight time-lines
