Due to substantial expansion plans, we are now looking for a Leasing Assistant to join our Group.

The Job

  • Provide support to Leasing Team on leasing administration related matters
  • Prepare offer to lease, leasing proposals, licenses agreements and other related documents
  • Maintain and monitor leasing database and filing system
  • Assist in regular reports preparation and analysis
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required

The Requirement

  • Diploma or above in Real Estate or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in leasing / property management
  • Experience in handling Grade A office or shopping mall is an advantage
  • Proficient at MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
