The successful candidate will manage leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in Mainland China, including liaison with international brands, effective relationship building with tenants and local estate agents, pre-launching planning, conduction of market research and analysis, etc. Basically stationed in HK but will travel to various PRC cities as necessary.
Candidates should be university graduates in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines with at least 8 years of experience in property leasing, 5 of which at supervisory level. Candidate with less supervisory but proven experience in PRC retail / shopping mall / property management projects will also be considered. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in handling leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands of various trades and property management practitioners independently. He/she should possess strong negotiation and communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English, be resourceful and conversant with retail market.
