The successful candidate will be responsible for the retail leasing of Times Square & Plaza Hollywood. Responsibilities include formulation and implementation of leasing strategy, negotiation and conclusion of tenancies, maintaining excellent relationship with tenants and real estate agents, analyzing market trend and budget forecast and preparation.

Applicants should be University graduates in related discipline with over 8 years' practical experience (preferably gained in property developer) in high class retail premises leasing, 5 of which at supervisory level. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in handling leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management practitioners independently. He/she should possess strong negotiation and communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English, be resourceful and conversant with retail market.
