The successful candidate will assist in the leasing matters for prestigious office and apartment premises in PRC, including liaison with local estate agents, preparation of leasing documents and reports compilation, conducting research and feasibility study etc. Basically station in HK but travelling to various PRC cities is necessary.

Applicants should be Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in property leasing. Fluent Putonghua, proficient written Chinese, excellent English, good analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in office leasing / property management projects in PRC a definite plus.
