Reporting to the Leasing Manager, the successful candidate will handle the marketing and leasing matters of high class RETAIL premises including Times Square & Plaza Hollywood, liaise with real estate agents, analyze market trends and prepare leasing reports.
Applicants should be university graduates or equivalent in related disciplines, with 3 years' solid experience in property leasing, preferably in retail or office premises. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
