Leasing Officer - Serviced Apartments

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in marketing or related discipline;
• 2 years or above experience in Sales and Marketing field, previous experience in leasing of serviced apartments or selling of hotel room will be an added advantage;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of other language is preferred;
• Proficiency of MS office and general computer usage;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Self-driven, proactive and result-oriented;
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer – Serviced Apartments.
