Legal Administrator – Real Estate / Conveyancing – International Law Firm (HK$18-23K)

The Firm 

A well-known and sizable international law firm with stable and professional working environment is seeking a talented and responsible candidate working under their Real Estate to act as the Team Administrator for all legal and admin support work.

The Opportunity

Supporting 5-6 fee earners up to Partner levels, your duties included but not limited to:-

• Closely working with the secretary on the team meeting schedule
• Conducting land search and preparing related reports
• Drafting and editing tendency agreements and other contracts
• Filing legal documents in both electronic and paper format
• Cross checking the legal documents before sending / destroying / archiving
• Coordinating meetings with developers/ banks and preparing meeting materials
• Ad hoc team administrative work

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• Degree holder with 1-2 years solid working experience within law firm / legal industry
• Experience / Exposure of working in Real Estate / Conveyancing especially on projects is highly preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Ability of handling high volume of documentation work is required
• Welcome candidates from local law firm who is able to speak good English as well
