Legal and Compliance Assistant Manager

Jobs Duties:

  • Provide legal advice on the regulatory matters on contracts and other legal document including negotiating, drafting and reviewing
  • Review and update internal control policies and procedures and keep track of regulatory requirements
  • Undertake regular compliance monitoring reviews and risks management
  • Managed and liaison with external lawyers


  • Degree Holder either in LLB or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of Legal and company secretarial experience from an in-house or law firm environment
  • Strong experience in general commercial/corporate matters, as well as a general knowledge of employment, legal matters
  • Prior experience of managing external counsel would also be valued
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese and written English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, responsible, committed, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Works well under pressure
