Provide administrative and clerical supports to the Legal team;
Maintain and upkeep the Group’s filing system, legal documentation and contract database;
Conduct legal searches;
Proofread legal and corporate documents, and do simple translation whenever necessary;
Upkeep the departmental statistics and records; and
Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Post-secondary education, with legal studies/training will be viewed favorably;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Preferably with relevant working experience;
Excellent organizational skills, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure and independently;
Responsible, self-motivated, detail-minded and hard-working;
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and word processing (both Chinese and English); and
Immediately available is preferred.
