The Customer Experience and Business Development Specialist will focus on understanding the daily needs of our customers, and maintaining a data driven Customer profile; improving the whole customer journey, from learning about us, to subscribing, using and dealing with us. You will also be the bridge between our content and our customers’ needs.
Reporting to our Customer Experience and Business Development Manager, and working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible to:
To be successful in the role, you will have:
University degree in Legal related discipline; or top-up legal related formal training
Min 1-2 years’ experience in customer facing roles
A sound level of computer literacy in Excel and Powerpoint
Sound presentation skills and business etiquette
Customer Service Oriented
Strong ability to follow through
