Legal Counsel, Mid to Senior-Level

Our client, a leading Hong Kong wealth management company, is seeking an in-house litigation and regulatory lawyer to work in their Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will help manage regulatory-related litigation cases and contentious matters with external counsel or solicitors. You will also represent the group in discussions with regulators and counterparties and coordinate internally to assist running related regulatory investigations and lawsuits. You will be a good team player to advise management and operational units regarding financial services, corporate and commercial legal risks.

Requirements: 
You will be a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with over 5 years’ PQE in litigation and dispute resolution related work. The perfect candidate will have previous in-house financial services litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory contentious experience. You will need to have excellent written and verbal English, Cantonese, and Mandarin skills. REF: 16659/
