  • Maintenance and implementation of firm policies relating to legal management.
  • Advising the business on legal matters in connection with new markets or products, regulatory updates.
  • Review of legal documents in relation to investment projects, asset management, cross boarder P/E, M&A, corporate finance as well as Hong Kong listing rules compliance etc. and other business for regulated entities (Type 1,2,4,6 & 9) and non-regulated entities within the group.
  • Coordinate with external counsels/ corporate service providers and regulatory parties.
  • Provide legal support and advice to Business Units (i.e. business function, Compliance, Risk and other control functions on regulatory issue and other related matters) and deal with other in-house matters.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


  • University degree in law at a reputable law school.
  • 5-6 years' law firm or in-house transactional experience on one of the following areas: banking and finance, fund formation, capital market, structure finance and derivatives laws.
  • Hard working and capable to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, responsible and fast paced work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
