Our client is a listed company with well reputation in the IT&T industry. With business expansion in the region, the teams need to increase manpower, and they are now looking for a high caliber candidate to fill up the following position

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility in providing in-house legal advice to management of business compliance and related legal document
  • Conduct, modify and to ensure the compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies
  • Advise and identify legal and business risks and exposures associated with their business in Asia
  • Closely liaise with internal senior team members on a wide range of legal issues, such as commercial compliance rules / regulations to particular regions
  • Prepare documentation including basic drafting and proofreading
  • Ensure assistance is maintain a proper filing system for the legal and commerial documents
  • Participate in the ad-hoc assignment if needed

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Law or other relevant discipline
  • At least 4 years of legal working experience in sizable firm is highly preferred
  • Experience in in-house IT & Technology would be highly desired
  • Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese is a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
