Legal Secretary- ECPI/Litigation- 5-Days Work
This is a very exciting opportunity to join a sizable international law firm. They are looking for a responsible Legal Secretary to join their ECPI - Litigation team.
Job Description:
You will be supporting 2-3 fee earners; the major job duties of this role will include:
- Provide all rounded administrative and secretarial support
- Arrange meetings, manage calendars and screening phone calls
- Prepare, format, edit legal documents
- Prepare file opening, conduct basic company search
- Input timesheet and prepare bills/invoices
- Mange filing system and organize paperwork
- Draft letters and court documents
- Prepare bundles
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- At least 3-4+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm
- Experience from international law firms will be an advantage
- Local law firms background will also be considered
- Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Word processing skills
- Hard working, detail minded and good team player
