Legal Specialist

  • Advice and ensure the company and her subsidiaries complies with all relevant legislation, rules and regulations
  • Deal with colleagues worldwide, company secretarial, document legalisation, banking, audit, legal and government service providers
  • Prepare board/shareholder minutes and resolutions, document legalisation and bank account arrangements
  • Handling of company secretarial tasks
  • Assist in ad hoc projects


  • Qualified Hong Kong lawyer with 3-5 years post-qualification experiences
  • Excellent drafting skills and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge in contract law, business law, investment law
  • Preferably with knowledge in SFO, Listing Rules and Company Ordinance
  • Preferably with working experiences in financial institution
  • Knowledge in Chinese law is a plus
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
