LICENSING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Assist Licensing Manager in managing existing licensees and expand current licensing portfolio
• Prepare supporting documents for licensing: regular royalty report, approval, brand presentation, and consolidate license agreements with licensees
• Liaise with licensees to ensure their business and marketing strategies align with brand policies and requirements
• Work closely with design and merchandising team for licensed product development
• Work with marketing team to maximize product exposure, increase brand awareness and bolster company positioning
• Support ad hoc projects and tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• 2-3 years working experience in licensing business, preferably in character licensing. Candidates with less experience may be considered as Licensing Clerk.
• Proactive, well-organized, and attentive to details
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in English and Chinese. Japanese speaking definitely an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Immediately available preferred
