The Position:

We are seeking dynamic, resourceful and mature individuals to join us as a Lifestyle Concierge in the Hong Kong Service Delivery Centre.

The role involves researching and fulfilling requests from customers globally in areas of limousine services

Profile of Candidates:

  • Relevant customer service experience in travel/tourism, hospitality, retail, hotel/ guest services
  • Passionate to serve and have excellent communication manners
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (spoken Chinese such as Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • 42.5 hours with shift pattern per week (shift between 7am to 11:30pm)
  • Willing to work on shifts over the weekend and Public holiday
