Line Control Manager, Fund Administration - HSBC Securities Services

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Line Control Manager, Fund Administration.

In this role, you will

  • Provide end to end coverage to all Service Delivery departments by maintaining a comprehensive quality control assurance and regulatory assurance model
  • Strengthen existing business units’ control and oversight model by identifying streamlining opportunities in business functions, initiating process improvement and standardizing the processes
  • Ensure process improvement is in line with the objectives of the control model across Service Delivery operational areas
  • Perform periodic control testing to ensure operation is in compliance with procedure and prepare regular comprehensive reports
  • Reduce operational and financial risks by strengthening of both onshore and offshore control
  • Conduct regulatory workshops to increase staff awareness of risk, incident trends and impact of errors 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • ​Degree holder with solid relevant working experience in fund services control environment
  • Good understanding of fund operation and banking services
  • Attention to detail, exceptional client facing, time management skills and experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex business process and propose viable solutions
  • Strong written and spoken English skills with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Computer skills
