We are looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist to join our loan servicing team. If you have any experience in the loan servicing field, or if you are a good communicator, we’d like to meet you!
● Manage users onboarding, contract explanation etc.
● Handling existing users on repayment via phone call, WhatsApp and Email
● Handling general telephone enquiries and customer service ad hoc
● Handling loan application related matters
● Provide administrative support to the department (such as data entry, file archiving,
● Resolve product or service problems
● Manage incoming calls, emails, or any customer related questions
● Fresh graduate, or less than 2 years of working experience
● Value people, culture transparency, openness, and teamwork
● Work well in a fast-paced and demanding environment
● Strong communications skills; Cantonese and English
● Typing Skill: Chinses (Traditional) and English
● Responsible and good punctuality
● Available working alternative on Saturday is a plus
