Loans Officer – Consumer Loans

 Responsibilities: 
•    Promote loan products and provide quality counter services 
•    Perform marketing calls based on instructions from the Branch Manager
•    Build and maintain good and long-term relationship with customers
•    Process personal and other consumer loans application 

Requirements: 
•    Higher Diploma or above 
•    Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in financial industry 
•    Excellent customer service skills and sales technique 
•    Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure

    
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Loans Officer)
