Logistic and Warehouse Supervisor


Location: San Po Kong

IROCO Design provides a furniture rental service. We rent European design furniture for very short-term periods such as a few hours, a day or at most a week. The furniture is rented out to corporate events, trade fairs, private parties, and weddings.

We have around 50 deliveries per month, most between standard hours Monday to Saturday, but some also late at night and on Sundays.

The Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor will join the team to manage the flow of deliveries/pick ups and to manage planning, customer relations, quality control, maintenance and stock-take and inventory on all the furniture being used.

Key Roles:

  • Manage warehouse operations and ensure the team delivers high quality service levels to customers in accordance with agreed operations procedures and defined standards
  • Plan and manage the allocation of appropriate resources and manpower to achieve the flow of orders.
  • Perform quality control and stock take on goods being delivered and returned to the warehouse.
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction and retention
  • Constantly review logistics operating flow, procedures and recommend effective improvement of initiatives for performance enhancement
  • Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting process
  • To work effectively with cross-functional teams in the company
  • Project management and implementation, maintain and improve internal Key Performance Indicators


  • At least 5 years' managerial experience in Logistics Operations
  • Work experience in a courier service will be high valued
  • An in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations with strong business acumen
  • Strong people management, planning and organization skills
  • Self-motivated with commitment to achieve extraordinary results
  • Experience in leading large teams is an advantage
  • Good communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence people at all level
  • Self-starter and proactive
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
