Logistic Operations Administrator – Part-time

We're now looking for a Part-time Logistic Operations Administrator to join us in Hong Kong. In this role you are responsible for daily communication with DW stores, wholesale customers and the 3PL warehouse, ensuring correct handling of goods and information and facilitating smooth deliveries. You will be an important part of the team supporting customers in Hong Kong.




  • Be the focal point for customers, stores, warehouse and DW colleagues for handling, information and problem solving regarding retail replenishment
  • Manage general queries from 3PL warehouse partners and secure that the warehouses operate according to DW guidelines and intentions
  • Establish strong relationships and work closely with various functions within DW to secure a good customer experience
  • Responsible for register and handle orders timely in SAP and ERP system Navision
  • Communications and operative handling of transports outside of warehouse responsibility
  • Coordinate deliveries and transport bookings as well as packing instructions
  • Support marketing campaigns and launches of new products 
  • Take the initiative to establish continuous improvement practices that improve supply chain, company performance and customer experience
  • Be a part of the team developing the future global Daniel Wellington supply chain




You are highly motivated, service minded and a person who get things done and you want to be an important part of DW supply chain giving customers an outstanding experience.


  • Strong knowledge of order administration and transport requirements both in Hong Kong and export, including document handling.
  • Experienced in coordinating warehouse operations, and follow up on execution
  • Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple tasks with accuracy, and meeting deadlines 
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products 
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferred
  • Consistently well organized and shows great attention to detail 
  • Ability to work autonomously; effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Fluent in English, other language skills will be considered an advantage
