Our client is a leading food importer and distributor for quality foods to five-star hotels, high-end restaurants and Catering industry. They are currently looking for a Logistics Administrator to support their Transportation Team.
-Responsible for handle and follow up enquiries via phone and email
-Daily operations of SAP/ Transport Management System
-Manage and verify delivery notes and invoices, check bank in list and counting cash
-Prepare relevant statistical reports & daily cash in reports
-Provide office administrative support, e.g., staff leave and attendance report and other ad hoc assignments
-DSE or above
-At least 1 years' solid relevant experience in logistic/ supply chain/ warehouse operation is preferred
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Vlookup and Marcos) & Chinese Word Processing
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-Strong interpersonal skills and sensitive to numbers
-Immediately available is highly preferred
Working Hours (Bank Holiday):
Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm / 10am to 7pm (1 to 2 days a week when necessary)
Saturday: 9 am to 6pm (Alternative Saturday)
Basic salary + monthly productivity bonus + Year end Discretionary bonus + Excellent Benefits Package
