The incumbent is responsible for managing relationship with different buyers and sales counterparts especially with buyers’ logistics team. He/she will also have to coordinate with other sites and to propose the best logistics solutions to support our buyers and minimize our cost.
Apply best practices in root cause analysis and correctives actions
Conduct user training to local sites as well as prepare quick user guide
Assist sales teams to identify and specify requirements for developments
Provide timely status report of project progress, liaise with sales, buyers and local sites to maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
Serve as first level problem solver / customer service support for sales and buyers
Interact with sales, buyers & local sites to provide best solutions in term of logistics operations
Provide support on existing operations for re-engineering and improvement
Bachelor Degree in related disciplines preferred
At least 2 years of working experience in logistics operations
Exposure in continuous improvement initiatives, transportation methods, labelling & packaging is a must
Experience in developing commercially astute and customer focused operational solutions
Experienced with process flow diagrams & modelling
Conversant in international trade & supply chain topics
Proficient with Excel-VBA, C++ & Ui Path
Logical and numerical sensitive
Strong at analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good organizational and communication skills
Eager to learn and prudent
Willing to frequent travel
