Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up shipping document with factories; 
  • Liaise with vendors and forwarders on shipments as well as problematic items; 
  • Arrange shipping schedule and prepare relevant shipping documents; 
  • Invoice checking before integrating ASN; 
  • Co-ordinate with quality team on claim issue; 
  • To perform ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements 

  • Form 5 or above;
  • 3 years or above solid experience in Logistics and knowledge on ERP system preferable;
  • Self-motivated, independent and detail-oriented;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in PC skills: MS Office software (Excel is a must)
