Job Duties:

  • Co-ordinate with salespersons and customers for daily orders taking and invoicing
  • Provide logistics support, including prepare shipping documents and transportation
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above with min. 2 years of solid working experience 
  • Good command of computer skills (MS Word and Excel) 
  • Responsible, able to work independently and good communication skill
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
