Logistics Coordinator - MNC (customer service experience preferred)

  • Handling order processing and inventory management
  • Maintain close coordination with global offices as needed
  • Coordinate shipments for all designated branches and provide high quality customer service, this would include monitoring costs associated with these shipments & updating systems accordingly.
  • Coordinate shipments for all the external customers on issues and provide high quality customer service
  • Coordinator with be responsible to identify and problems or delays related to the transportation and report in a timely manner.
  • Coordinator will be responsible to initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels and verify the implementation of such solutions.


  • Degree holder preferred
  • Minimum two years’ experience in logistics/transportation operations, and/or assistant function. Freight forwarding and shipping line experience is a must.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Customer service experience is a must
