  • Verifying suppliers’invoices and communicating with buying office for clarification if required; 
  • Preparing payments, sales invoices, debit notes & credit notes; 
  • Follow up on purchasing orders & outstanding receivables with buying office;
  • Sorting & filing all documents of accounting (e.g. payment vouchers, credit notes, debit notes, export sales invoices and various forms, etc.);
  • Coordinating with external & internal parties for import / export shipment consolidation;
  • Updating system records;
  • Performing ad-hoc assignments as required.


  • IVE or above;
  • At least 3 years shipping & accounting experience in retail business;
  • Good PC skills & knowledge including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook);
  • Good communication and coordination skills;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
