We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator/Manager/Officer – (eCommerce) who can handle the logistical processes of a growing global eCommerce business. We need an experienced Coordinator to support our growing FBA Amazon and 3PL logistics teams globally, who is specifically familiar with Amazon logistics and inventory preparation for global distribution by air cargo. This is a role with tremendous opportunity for growth in a fast paced and internationally operating business.


  • Strong hands on experience and knowledge working with Amazon’s online platform (or equivalent experience with other eCommerce platforms)
  • Familiar with eCommerce logistics processes and international logistics operation, especially US and EU customs and import regulations (ideally with international experience)
  • Proficiency in ERP and WMS under logistics modulus
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and execute independently and in collaboration with our international teams
  • Organized, team player, strong English communication skills, and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Inventory forecasting and planning knowledge considered a strong asset


  • Coordinate and manage global Amazon and 3PL inventory flow. Ensure goods arrive safely, at the best rate, and on time.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties and deliver packaging materials to 3PLs
  • Reserve and prepare inventory for Amazon, manage restocking and labelling process in HK warehouse and in collaboration with our global 3PLs
  • Manage shipment routing and warehouse inventory routing
  • Co-ordinate with logistics team to ensure shipment on-time delivery
  • Able to identify potential risks of logistics with problem solving skills
  • Custom/logistics declaration documentation
  • Ability to work with multiple time zones efficiently and collaborate seamlessly with our global teams (North America, EU, Asia-Pacific)
  • Help us scale the logistics side of our business with smart decision making and effective planning


  • Degree in logistics or related logistics experience a must have
  • Minimum 2-3 years of e-commerce logistics experience
  • Strong planning, organizing, problem solving and scheduling abilities
  • Ability to work successfully with a minimum of supervision, with close attention to details
  • A passion for reducing shipping costs by scrutinizing and managing important details
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong skills around displaying information and logistics data points Microsoft and Google Suite products (e.g. Excel, Sheets)
  • Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills
  • Be positive and bring a strong sense for team work
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Must have excellent Cantonese, English and Mandarin skills (verbal and written)
