We're now looking for a Logistics Development Specialist to join our Hong Kong office. The Logistics Development Specialist is the focal person for all performance and system related issues and will also take active part in development of the logistics in both Hong Kong and other countries. The right personality is a key factor and a flexible down- to- earth team player who thrives on delivering solutions and does not think any task is too big or too small, will be successful in DW.




  • Be the APAC Super User of the ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Responsible for KPI reporting and follow up, identifying areas of improvement and propose solutions
  • Be part of logistics development projects in the APAC region
  • Challenge and enhance procedures and processes, taking the lead on documentation and process implementation
  • Establish strong relationships and work closely with various functions within DW to properly manage logistics performance
  • Some travelling to meet with our colleagues and partners in other countries will be a part of your role, as well as being regularly in the Hong Kong 3PL warehouse
  • Take the initiative to establish continuous improvement practices that improve logistics and company performance 
  • Be a part of the team developing the future global Daniel Wellington supply chain




You are highly motivated, driven and a person who get things done and you want to be in the forefront of developing our logistics. 

  • Experienced in analysing and creating reports on logistics and warehouse operations
  • Previous experience in ERP system is mandatory, in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferable
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and high-level knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite products 
  • Strong knowledge of inventory replenishment planning 
  • Excellent organizational skills in both planning and execution, managing multiple tasks with accuracy, and meeting deadlines 
  • Consistently well organized and shows great attention to detail 
  • Ability to work autonomously; effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Fluent in English. Other language skills will be considered an advantage
